In India Chai is everywhere. Wherever you go , you will be greeted with a sweet and spicy cup of chai either by a chai wallah in the street or train station or warmly welcomed into somebodys home with a chai invitation. Every family has their own chai recipe handed down through generations of grandmothers.Let’s give tea a twist and make it in different way and enjoy it at the comfort of our home.


1 Cup Water

1 Teaspoon Pistachio Powder

1 Teaspoon Almond Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Tea(preferably Kashmiri Tea)

Pinch of Salt

1/4 teaspoon Butter(Preferably Homemade)

1/4 Cup Milk

2 Cloves

1/2 Teaspoon Sugar


1.Boil water and add Tea and cloves into it and cover the lid for 5 mins.

2. Add Pistachio and Almond Powder

3. Add milk and Boil for 2 mins

4. Add Butter and pinch of salt

5. Add Sugar and enjoy Hot !!
