Pickle any vegetable at home By Tripti Singh

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1/2 Kg Vegetable of your Choice

Method:

Add the water to the saucepan and bring it to a boil .Add White Vinegar, Sugar and Salt , stir till sugar and salt dissolves completely then switch off the gas.Now take out the vegetables in the glass jar and pour prepared mixture over it , leaving 1/2 inch space between the mixture and the lid. Cool , cover the lid and refrigerate for 3 weeks.
