Young Women need to follow a different set of rules than older women for maintaining a healthy sexual life. Their primary concern is the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, birth control methods for preventing unwanted pregnancy, routine healthcare checkups for diagnosis of any STDs, pelvic exams etcetera.
For older women, sex-life issues are comparatively different. This might include lower libido, that is lower sexual urges, painful or uncomfortable sex, improper response to sexual stimulus, etcetera.

Stress causes a lot of problems, which, if prolonged, results in serious issues. Stress can be relieved with the help of techniques such as yoga, therapy, exercise, meditation, and rest.

Women have always been at a lower pedestal since proper healthcare access has always been out of reach for them. Mothers, house-wives, professional workers need to attend to their mental and physical health to achieve a healthy life and prevent diseases or other issues.
